This is mainly a season-three update; I'm filling in the holes I left in that season.

Broke the (huge) SG-1: Details page out into individual team-member pages: Jack, Daniel, Sam, Teal'c, and Jonas.
Broke SGC Personnel into two pages to keep it from getting too unwieldy: SGC Personnel (people only) and SG Units.
Added new page: Miscellaneous Tau'ri -- basically, anyone on Earth who doesn't fit in the SGC or non-SGC (Area 51, NID, other military, government, or Russian) sections. This is yet another ongoing page, as I go back through the series and fill it in, so it's not yet complete. Some information was pulled off other pages and put here, where it fits better.

    - Had hallucinations and delusions while infested with Ma'chello's little Goa'uld-killing bug, as well as elevated dopamine levels in the left hemisphere of his brain, all of which led Dr. MacKenzie (and Fraiser) to diagnose him as having had a psychotic break into hebephrenic schizophrenia (Legacy) :
      - Almost immediately after being infected in the Linvris chamber, he thought he felt something brush up against him. (Legacy)
      - Back on base, coming out of the shower, he heard someone calling his name. (Legacy)
      - Later that day/night, he heard voices again, and opened his office closet door, where they seemed to be coming from. His closet was filled with a stargate event horizin (without the stargate), and when he touched it, his hallucinations cranked up a notch: he felt a hand grab him around the neck, and saw the face of one of the dead Linvris, coming out of the wormhole and then yanking him back into it after him.       - He theorized that although the Linvris hosts had died, the Goa'uld themselves had not, and were after him to turn him into a host. His only alternative theory was that he was having a nervous breakdown. (Legacy)
      - He heard a stargate wormhole engaging in storage armoire in the VIP quarters where he was being monitored, but when he opened the doors, didn't see a wormhole event horizon. (Legacy)
      - While starting to play cards with Jack in the VIP room (after handily beating him at chess), Daniel hallucinated a mature Goa'uld symbiote crawling up Jack's arm and around behind his neck, infesting him. He collapsed almost immediately afterward, and was admitted to a psych ward, medicated, and put in a padded room. (Legacy)
    - When Amaunet was ribboning him, just as Teal'c was about to shoot her, Daniel went through a multi-stage hallucination, likely triggered somehow by Sha're (who was trying to get a message to him about the harsesis child), that pulled him through the stages of grief so that when he came out of the hallucination and saw her truly die in front of him, he was sad but functional.       - First stage: He woke up in the infirmary, and had to be shown Sha're's dead body. Teal'c said he'd done it, and Daniel promptly started freezing him out. (Forever in a Day)
      - Second stage: He woke up in the infirmary again, remembering his last dream/hallucination, to find Sha're alive and well; SG-1 took her to the Tok'ra after Teal'c shot her, and removed Amaunet while healing Sha're. Sha're told him she only came to tell him about the boy, and then got sucked into the wall and vanished (more or less). (Forever in a Day)
      - Third stage: He woke up in the infirmary, apparently back in the first hallucination, with Sha're dead and her body still on base. This one continued, with him handing in his resignation. Robert Rothman was assigned to SG-1 in his place. Jack tried to talk him out of it, to no avail. Teal'c tried to find a way to ask Daniel's forgiveness; Daniel told him there was no such way. Sam, Jack, and several airmen helped him move his stuff out of his office and into his apartment. He planned to find a remote dig. (Forever in a Day)
      - Fourth stage: He woke up in his own bed, with Sha're next to him. She told him he had to continue his travels through the chaapa'ai, so he could find the boy. She also told him that to continue his travels, he must first forgive Teal'c, who did what was right.
      - Fifth stage: He woke up alone in his bed. At Sha're's funeral, he performed the ritual weighing of her heart against a feather, and watches as she's buried. Kasuf told him he still hasn't heard Sha're, and to go to her. Sha're was standing by a tent, and told him he must forgive Teal'c, and that together they must find the boy, because he is harsesis, containing all the secrets of the Goa'uld. Then she got sucked in by the desert and sky, and vanishes. (Forever in a Day)
      - Sixth stage: Daniel woke up in bed, alone (and wearing a t-shirt, instead of being bare-chested). He returned to the SGC to see Sam Meanwhile, Jack had a few pointed things to say to Hammond about Rothman. Teal'c welcomed Daniel back, clearly expecting no response, and Daniel told him he'd done the right thing. Daniel asked Sam if it's possible for a ribbon device to carry a mental message along with it; she eventually agreed that yes, it probably was. He returned home, to find Jack and Kasuf in his living room (Jack broke the lock to get in). Kasuf took him to task for quitting the SGC, saying that Sha're wanted him to continue to "travel among the gods" so he could find the boy. He sent Daniel into the bedroom to ask her himself. Daniel opened the bedroom door onto the planet where Amaunet had taken the Abydonians; Sha're beckoned him into Amaunet's tent, where he started to feel the ribboning again, and heard Sha're saying "come to me, Daniel".. (Forever in a Day)
      - Seventh stage: He woke up in his bed, in a t-shirt and sweats again, and went back to the base to talk to Teal'c. He asked about the offspring of two Goa'ulded hosts; Teal'c explained about harsesis children. Daniel went to see Hammond, just in time to hear Jack complaining about Rothman. Daniel agreed to rejoin SG-1, saying that there was something through the stargate that he still needed to be the one to find. Jack kicked Rothman off the team. SG-1 traveled through the gate to a world with pink trees, where there were no big signs of civilization, so Daniel was set to look for little signs -- itsy-bitsy artifacts and the like (to Jack's amusement). As the others moved off, Daniel pretty much instantly turned and activated the stargate, running through it alone. He came through on the world where Amaunet had taken the Abydonians, and walked into the tent, seeing a burn mark on the rug where Teal'c had killed Amaunet. Sha're appeared and told him he was the only one who could save the boy; Amaunet had sent him into hiding with her closest aide, and had taken the Abydonians as a show, so Heru'ur wouldn't know that the child had been her true goal. Daniel asked where she'd sent the boy and Sha're nearly got sucked back into the tent, but recovered to tell him Kheb. She made him promise to save the child, then kissed him. (Forever in a Day)
      - While Sha're was kissing him in the hallucination, Daniel flipped back out into reality, with barely a second gone by; the gun that had started falling from his fingers at the beginning left his hand and hit the floor. Teal'c shot Amaunet a moment later, and she fell. She died before Sha're, who had time to tell Daniel she loved him. Teal'c apologized sincerely; Daniel was able to tell him he'd done the right thing. (Forever in a Day)

- During the Gulf War, one of her friends was in a chopper that went down, and was knocked out. When she woke up, her memories and identity from before the crash were gone. (Past and Present)

- Built the first naquadah reactor on Earth, with Merrin's help. Testing it both got her in some trouble (she failed to ask permission first) and used up the last of the SGC's naquadah -- but it worked. (Learning Curve)

    - Sam downloaded it to a removable hard drive to help the people of an alternate reality contact the Asgard to ask for help with a Goa'uld invasion; they recalibrated the naquadah generator Jack had created to boost the power sufficiently. (Point of View)

  - Roshna: Not really technology; a drug, given to Aris Boch's people generations ago when it was discovered they couldn't be turned into hosts for the Goa'uld. It addicted the entire race, until they were literally dependent on it for their lives. Aris Boch gave Sam a vial of it, for research, in hopes of some day freeing his people. (Deadman Switch)

    - The mirror's controller isn't precise; as long as it's not turned off, the mirror remains connected to the same reality, but otherwise it goes to a random reality (although relatively close to the one it was on the last time it was active), and the correct one has to be found by "flipping channels", as it were, until finding a match.(Point of View)
    - Hammond wanted it destroyed after the mission to the alternate reality to help Dr. Carter and Kawalsky contact the Asgard; no indication of whether that happened or not. (Point of View)

  - Full colonel. A psychiatrist on staff with the SGC. Has been called in for various cases dealing with issues of mental health and delusional behavior. (Fire and Water, Legacy, Threshold ) Part of his work includes involves analyzing psychological data from SG units, specifically looking for common side effects to gate travel. One of the links he discovered was headaches; as of early 1999, 53% of SG field personnel had a history of them. When Daniel was infested with Ma'chello's Goa'uld-killing bug, MacKenzie looked at his symptoms and saw signs of a first-break psychotic episode, which may have been manifesting as full-blown hebephrenic schizophrenia (definition, symptoms: http://health.allrefer.com/health/schizophrenia-disorganized-hebephrenic-info.html); Fraiser backed him on the diagnosis based on Daniel's paranoid delusions and auditory/visual hallucinations. Despite this, he was willing to listen to Daniel when Daniel insisted that he knew what had happened to him; he made the phone call to the base that Daniel had requested to check on Teal'c, delayed Daniel's medication as requested, and asked Jack to come see Daniel, then released Daniel.   - While SG-3 was scouting a planet ending in -254, they found several Tok'ra, who told them where SG-1 were being held prisoner. Makepeace ran the news back to the SGC to begin preparations for a rescue, then led the assault team of several SG units (5, 6, and 11) that went into Hathor's base (while the rest of SG-3 covered the stargate).     - NASA has been getting steadily more involved in helping with the SGC, starting at least with The Serpent's Lair (late 1997/early 1998) when the space shuttle Endeavor picked up the gliders carrying Jack, Sam, Teal'c, and Bra'tac. By Failsafe (2001), NASA is tracking SG-1's progress approaching the asteroid headed for Earth.

  - Pentagon/other military:
    - Gen. Jacob Carter: changed rank from 1-star (brigadier) general to 2-star (major) general (with apologies for the earlier screwup, and my thanks to C for pointing it out to me!)
    - Major Davis:
      - Wasn't sure the Tok'ra could be trusted when Makepeace brought back information about where SG-1 was being held (in Hathor's fake-SGC base), and wanted to know why the Tok'ra operative wasn't doing something about rescuing SG-1 (not seeming to get that passing along information is doing something). He also felt that using as many resources as possible to rescue one team was a waste, no matter who the team was. (He got a short but pointed dressing down from Hammond about that.) Once the rescue attempt went bad, with four more SG teams trapped on the planet, Davis passed along the orders from the president and the Joint Chiefs that no more reinforcements were to be sent -- and he agreed with the orders. - Political structure:
  - The addendum to the Protected Planets Treaty regarding Earth means that no Goa'uld will attack Earth, but that any Tau'ri caught offworld will be shown no mercy, and will suffer greatly. (Fair Game)
  - The System Lords are capable of working as a unit when they feel it's necessary.
    - After Hathor was killed, the System Lords as a group turned their attention toward Earth, feeling that it had proven itself a credible threat. Combined, they were capable of launching an attack a hundred times more powerful than Earth had faced before. (Fair Game)
  - The Linvris:
    - (...)The symbiotes died first, and the hosts survived long enough for the symbiotes to decay and be absorbed into their bodies. The hosts probably died of thirst or starvation. (Legacy)

    - Gave up the name Na'onak and reclaimed his own name after killing Bynarr and conquering the rest of Netu (which seemed to consist of letting the denizens riot for a bit, and grabbing Bynarr's hand device). He revealed himself as Apophis when his men had captured Martouf, Jacob, and SG-1 in Bynarr's quarters, trying to escape. (Jolinar's Memories)
    - Confirmed kills:

  - Hathor:
    - Didn't realize that "Dr. Raully" was blended with a symbiote; she believed her to be Jaffa until Raully told her that she was a Tok'ra. (Into the Fire)
  - Heru'ur:
    - He went to Abydos in search of Amaunet, but his plans were foiled by SG-1 and then Apophis's untimely arrival. (Secrets)
    - At some point, he appears to have allied with Amaunet, giving her Horus guards to help her. He was unaware that she was betraying him, by going after the harsesis child unbeknownst to anyone. (Forever in a Day)
      - (This alliance was possibly as early as pre-Secrets, although there's no proof of that other than Heru'ur knowing where Apophis had stashed her, which he could have found out from a spy.)
  - Seth:
    - History: After Seth supposedly died in Egypt along with all his minions, a similar god showed up in Greece, called Typhon (similar back-stories, and a fictitious animal to represent him). In one of Typhon's last legends, he killed 300 followers, then vanished from Greece. He vanished from the historical record after that until the early 1800s, when a cult leader named Seth appeared in England, near Stonehenge. The cult ("the Cult of Setesh") was under constant attack from Christians. At the end, Seth's followers were found dead, having slit their own throats, but Seth's body was never found. That was the last record until the ATF started one for "Seth Fargough".

      - Little is known about Seth Fargough or when he founded The Children of Seth, but it is believed that he has former military connections on account of the high level of organization and discipline within the cult.
        Fargough is considered potentially violent: the compound is heavily armed and guarded, and members are known to undergo regular training in firearms use and hand-to-hand combat.
        Deprogrammed ex-members of the cult describe Seth as having magical powers and the ability to heal. One source said taht Seth can "make energy come from his hand". Such reports are attributed to the likely use of hallucinogenic drugs to enforce control within the cult membership.
        Harder to attribute is that sevearl independent reports have stated that thte cult leader can make his eyes glow. Expert medical testimony has found no explanation for this phenomenon.
        
        Continued surveillance, in combination with careful questining of former cult members, indicates that the Children of Seth is a potential flashpoint. All agents working on this case are reminded to exercise the greatest possible care in their investigations. All reports from deprogrammed members indicate that Seth Fargough is ruthless, demanding, and prone to fits of extreme temper. (Seth)
    - The "Children of Seth&quotcompound was located just north of Seattle, with about 50 followers all ready to die for Seth. Not written on the screen transcribed above, cult members also reportedly claimed that Seth murdered several of his followers in front of the others. The cult members were very heavily armed, with AK-47s, Uzis, .50-calibers, and zats, at least. The cult's chant was "Seth is life. Seth is happiness. Seth is almighty"-- which Seth apparently never tired of hearing. (Seth)
  - Sokar:
    - He would rather see his enemies suffer than die -- torturing them was more fun than killing them. (Serpent's Song, Jolinar's Memories)
    - He conquered the world Delmak and made it his home world. Eventually (millennia ago), he was banished there. (Serpent's Song, Jolinar's Memories)
      - Netu, the moon orbiting Delmak, was effectively Hell. Originally, it was an industrialized colony of the planet Delmak. When Sokar conquered Delmak and made it his home world, he transformed the moon to match the myths. According to the book of Am-Taut, Netu was a "how-to guide&quoton passing through the ancient Egyptian "other world&quotregions, many of which are described as dark places with pits of fire, home to monsters and the damned. Thanks to his efforts, Sokar's version lived up to the hype. He filled the atmosphere with barely-breathable toxins, then blasted holes in the moon's surface, releasing the molten core. The atmosphere around the moon was impenetrable by ship; only descent/escape pods could reach the surface. (Jolinar's Memories)
  - Yu:
    - participation in the Protected Planets Treaty negotiations:
      - According to the Asgard, Yu was the most likely to favor adding Earth to the Protected Planets Treaty, since his interests lay elsewhere. (Fair Game)

At puberty (roughly -- it's not clear whether it's puberty per se, or the child's 12th birthday), the child reaches the "time of Averium&quotand his or her nanites are harvested and distributed to the rest of the population, who then have all the knowledge the child acquired. The Urrone child is simple-minded (and pre-verbal) after that, since the nanites effectively took the place of their own synapses, which thus never developed. (Learning Curve)
